On Menopause at Work
To be truly successful, companies need everyone to be able to bring their true self to work. The menopause will affect half of the population and therefore by default half of the workforce (assuming gender balance). If we want women to be able to bring their true selves to work during this potentially challenging period of their lives, then support needs to be available as necessary, to help them navigate this period effectively.
