She has held a number of senior positions in major insurance companies such as AIA Group, Allianz Fire and Marine Japan Ltd and KPMG across Asia. Sally sits and serves as a member of various Committees such as the HKFI Governing Committee Member, General Insurance Council (GIC), Life Insurance Council (LIC) and East Asian Insurance Congress Executive Board.
