On Menopause at Work

Menopause impacts hormonal cycle and level of women causing significant changes in physical, emotional and mental well-being. These changes ultimately affect performance and behaviour at the workplace. Support is crucial to help sustain productivity and make women feel safe and secure in the workplace as they go through this period of their life.
