In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all the work that EY does for this global bank across the region, developing solutions that help the bank achieve its strategic initiatives, and maintaining a range of senior global and regional client relationships.
Harj is passionate about embracing inclusion in the workplace and has been heavily involved in numerous Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives over the years, including acting as a senior advisor to internal employee resource groups, as well as a sponsor to a number of emerging female leaders. In conjunction with The Women’s Foundation, he led an industry-wide study on female representation in the Financial Services sector and was a founding member of the TWF Male Allies Hong Kong initiative where, until recently, he was an active member of the Leadership Committee.
