Menopause at Work:
From Awareness to Action
Oct 17, 2025 | 9:30 - 17:30 | Quarry bay
Practical workshops. Bold conversations. Real change.
WhaT THE FOG* 2025 Theme:
Be The Action
Not everyone wants the menopause conversation front and centre — especially those navigating debilitating symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, cognitive fog and hot flashes.
But the data doesn’t lie. The average age of menopause is 51, right at the peak of many careers. Without support, too many women suffer in silence, disengage, or step back from the workforce entirely.
That’s why menopause support can’t wait for people to self-advocate. It must be embedded into how we lead, manage, and design our workplaces.
What The Fog 2025 brings together leadership, HR, DE&I, and wellbeing champions for a one-day event focused on building menopause-inclusive cultures and taking practical action.
You’ll leave with tools, templates and clear next steps to evolve your policies, reshape your culture, and support everyone affected by menopause. (Hint: that’s everyone.)
